Shipping policy

All Firefighter Whānau products are printed to order and fulfilled by our production partner, Gelato.

Each item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Orders are printed as close as possible to your delivery address to help reduce shipping time and environmental impact.

Because items are printed on demand, please allow:

- 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

During busy periods, production times may be slightly longer.

We currently ship within New Zealand only.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes:

- 3–7 business days

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product ordered and delivery location.

All shipping costs will be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Firefighter Whānau is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.

If your parcel is:

- Marked as delivered but not received

- Significantly delayed

- Damaged during delivery

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate and assist you.
