This website is operated by Firefighter Whānau. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Firefighter Whānau.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.

Firefighter Whānau is an independent, supporter-run merchandise store.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ), the New Zealand Professional Firefighters Union (NZPFU), or any government agency unless explicitly stated.

All products are created to show support for firefighters and their whānau.

You agree that:

- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

- You will not use our products for unlawful or harmful purposes.

- You will not attempt to interfere with the website’s security or functionality.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

All products are printed to order through our fulfilment partner.

We reserve the right to:

- Modify or discontinue products at any time

- Adjust pricing without notice

- Limit quantities per order

We do our best to display product colours accurately, but colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

All designs, branding, and content on this website are the property of Firefighter Whānau unless otherwise stated.

To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Firefighter Whānau shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Our liability for any claim relating to a product shall not exceed the purchase price paid for that product.
